An ethnic taste with a distinctive garlic flavor and vinegar acidity reminiscent of Southeast Asian hot sauce sriracha and the Korean seasoning gochujang. It is a very mild hot sauce made with red jalapeño peppers and a hint of sweet guajillo peppers made from dried mirasols. It is an excellent match for Mexican, Middle Eastern, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and other international cuisines.
