This unique OIL-BASED hot sauce contains NO VINEGAR, and is made with charred manzano and habanero chiles for a deep, smoky, umami-rich flavor. Jet-black and garlic-packed, just a few drops bring serious impact—spreading heat and umami across the entire plate. Over the past few years, some customers have told us “this hot sauce is amazing!”When we finally tasted it at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo last year, it struck us like lightning—unlike anything we’d had before.
