A Latin-style BBQ sauce from Texas, the home of Tex-Mex cuisine. The smoky, mellow flavor of aged peppers. Raisins, balsamic vinegar, and the sweet and sour taste of tamarind paste with a secret ingredient of tamari soy sauce combine to create a delicious hot sauce with a rich and deep flavor. The "ancho" in the product name is a dried poblano pepper. Morita" is smoked ripe red jalapeño peppers. It is very mild and easy to eat, and is popular among beginners and children.
