A Latin-style BBQ sauce from Texas, the home of Tex-Mex cuisine. The smoky, mellow flavor of aged peppers. Raisins, balsamic vinegar, and the sweet and sour taste of tamarind paste with a secret ingredient of tamari soy sauce combine to create a delicious hot sauce with a rich and deep flavor. The "ancho" in the product name is a dried poblano pepper. Morita" is smoked ripe red jalapeño peppers. It is very mild and easy to eat, and is popular among beginners and children. Enjoy it with various dishes just as you would with ketchup or mayonnaise.
