Menzano Serrano from the very popular NY hot sauce brand - Queen Majesty.  Menzano peppers are fruity and citrus chilli native to Mexico and South America.   First, the sweetness of vegetables such as yellow bell pepper, shallot, and celery spreads in the mouth, Then the refreshing sunny citrus flavors of Manzamo and lemon juice follow. The subtle heat doesn’t last long. This is fully recommended for delicate seafoods such as shrimp, oysters, sashimi and ore. This also works really well with grilled fish and salad.  Queen Majesty’s hot sauces always have excellent tastes, and their labels and colors of the sauces are truly beautiful. Menzano Serrano is just like you could expect it to be.
