This "Japan-made" hot sauce won the first prize at the World Hot Sauce Awards held in Louisiana, U.S.A. The world's first fruity and bitter flavor made with hops was created by Mellow Habanero's representative, Mr. Taku Kondo. The hot sauce is made from a large amount of fresh, aromatic habaneros, which gives it an intense spiciness.
