Sinai Gourmet (Montreal, Canada) creates one of the world cleanest and finest gourmet hot sauces without using vinegar.  We are proud to announce that their Habanero Original has returned to our lineup after five years.
Laurence, the founder, spent over 2 years to complete the recipe of the original hot sauces only with fresh ingredients and minimal salt but with a long shelf stability. Like all natural hot sauces among our lineup, his hot sauces do not not use any preservative. The uniqueness of his hot sauces is not to use vinegar, which is commonly used to increase the shelf life.
A lot of you should already know how fresh his hot sauces are through our staples- Jalapeño Original and The Vaccine. Habanero Original is not as crazy as The Vaccine in its heat level while it is more overwhelmingly spicier than Jalapeño Original. This is a comforting spiciness with fresh habanero flavor that satisfies fans of spicy hot sauces.

    Quebec, Canada

Montreal is the largest city in the Canadian province of Quebec. Located on a sandbar of the St. Lawrence River, it takes its name from the King's Mountain (Mont-Royal), whose three peaks rise in the center of the city. The boroughs are mostly former independent cities, including the French colonial old town (Vieux Montreal) with its Gothic Revival architecture, Notre Dame Cathedral and cobblestones, and the bohemian Plateau district.
