This unique sauce blends Scotch Bonnet and Fatalli peppers with peaches and lemon, enhanced by a touch of curry powder. Its rich mustard flavor stands out, Delivering an exotic, tropical vibe with a hint of curry that feels familiar to Japanese palates. It pairs perfectly with fried rice, sausages, grilled meat, or fish. HAB owner Nori is personally thrilled to launch “Cheeba Gold”, a sauce willed with nostalgic memories from his Tim studying abroad in NYC, in Japan.
