Heat Level : 1 ~ 3] → Emphasis on flavor. Recommended for those who plan to enjoy spicy food together with those who do not like spicy food. The spiciness is low, but there are a variety of flavors, so it can be used like a dressing.
Heat Level: 4 ~ 5] → Recommended for those who find the spiciness of Tabasco sauce just right. It is possible to feel the spiciness after the flavor.
Heat Level: 6 ~ 7] → Recommended for those who feel the spiciness of the Tabasco sauce is not enough, but still want to enjoy the full flavor. You can feel the spiciness after the flavor.
Heat Level:8 ~ 9】 → Focus on spiciness. It is a good choice for those who want to spice up their food, as even a small amount can add a lot of spiciness. The flavor tends to be simple, such as acidic and smoky.
Heat Level: 10 ~ ] → Intense spiciness with entertainment value. Recommended for those who usually eat very hot sauces and spicy food. You can enjoy hot sauces made with rare chili peppers that are not available in Japan.

By looking at the color of the hot sauce, you can usually tell what kind of food it goes well with. There are three main hot sauce color types: [red], [green], and [yellow (brown)].
Red hot sauces have a standard flavor and can be used with pizza, pasta, and many other dishes. Recommended for those who like to enjoy hot sauce with any dish when eating.
Green] Many have a refreshing green taste from the green chili peppers and a light, refreshing flavor from the lime, etc. Recommended for use with vegetables and seafood dishes.
Yellowish (brownish)] Many of them have a strong smoky flavor and use spices such as cumin and ginger, and are recommended for use with meat dishes and BBQ occasions.
