Mat's Hot Shop is a hot sauce specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. While Lawrence, owner of Hot Sauce Bar's partner brand Sinai Gourmet Canada, is known as "Canada's Hot Sauce Guy", Mat's Hot Shop owner Mat is known as "Australia's Hot Sauce Guy"! He is so passionate about hot sauce that he even started a specialty hot sauce store because he loves it so much. Mat says that "choosing hot sauces with natural ingredients is more important than having a large variety" and all of the hot sauces he collects from all over the world are additive-free. This is the same philosophy behind Hot Sauce Bar. Matt and I first met through social networking sites like Corona Disaster, and we have been exchanging information as additive-free craft hot sauce specialists. The original hot sauce that Matt proposed and presented his own recipe is Peachango Tango, which will be available at Hot Sauce Bar in November 2021.

It's a hot sauce made by an Australian hot sauce guy who has eaten a lot of hot sauces, so there's no reason it can't be delicious! It has already won numerous awards in the US and Australia. On November 6, 2021, Mat's Hot Shop will open its first physical Hot Sauce Tasting Room in Collinwood, Melbourne. Coincidentally, that was the day that Hot Sauce Bar launched Peachango Tango and made its debut in Japan. Peachango Tango sold out in the blink of an eye after its release in Japan. Matt is very happy that his original Hot Sauce has become a hit in Japan. Despite the distance between Australia and Japan, we too support Mat's Hot Shop, which has many things in common with Hot Sauce Bar.
