Onion and garlic flavors are followed by fresh and fruity spiciness of scotch bonnet. At the end, you will taste a reminiscent jerk check with a hint of spices. 　Interestingly, this local hot sauce somehow tastes familiar to the Japanese palate. It goes very well with fried rice, dumplings, and karaage too.
