At the end of a really HOT summer this year Salsa Verde with its fresh and bright flavor is just released as Hot Sauce of September 2024!
Salsa Verde, a collaboration of Montreal-based chef and culinary personnel Laurent Dagenais and Heartbeat Hot Sauce, which many of you already know through HSB, is launching in Japan for the first time!
The combination of green chillies (Serranos, jalapeños, poblanos) and tomatillos, essential to Mexican salsa verde, bring refreshing and tangy flavors. The sweetness of pineapple and honey, the richness of avocado oil, and cilantro and oregano that linger afterward… Everything is just a perfect balance.
Grilled meats, fish and seasonal veggies served with Salsa Verde are a great way of adding color and enjoyment to your dish.
