It is hotter than a jalapeno, but milder than a habanero, at a medium level. Lemon juice is added to the Lemon Drop, which is a very rare pepper but gaining popularity for its fruity citrus flavor. It has a creamy texture on the palate with a fresh lemon flavor. The lemon flavor matches fish and poultry dishes.
