Inspired by HOT HONEY, the popular American condiment that combines the sweetness of honey with a spicy kick that follows, this unique condiment reimagines the concept with Japanese ingredients and sensibilities.
Developed over the course of a year, GOLDEN HOT HONEY MUSTARD combines Japanese-grown habaneros, rich Myanmar honey, and GOLDEN MUSTARD (SMILE), a whole-grain mustard made without Japan’s eight specified major allergens.
Sweetness, heat, acidity, umami, and texture unfold one after another, creating layers of flavor that evolve with every bite.
Perfect with BBQ, fried chicken, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, sausages, and curry, it also pairs surprisingly well with sweet dishes like waffles.
Born in Japan and inspired by HOT HONEY culture, GOLDEN HOT HONEY MUSTARD aims to bring a new sweet-and-spicy experience from Japan to the world.
