We opened our doors as the first all-natural craft hot sauce shop in Japan in June 2019.
True to its name, hot sauce is the hottest condiment right now across the U.S. The hot sauces found at Hot Sauce Bar have been exclusively selected from among the hundreds of hot sauce producers in the United States to bring you a premiere lineup of hot sauces. We only offer craft additive-free hot sauces produced in small volumes and blended using each brand’s own original recipes. We have curated a lineup of the world’s best brands, each with its own fantastic story to tell. Our carefully chosen hot sauces have no additives, gluten, or refined sugar, and are all vegan friendly.
We opened our shop with the desire to bring everyone in Japan the great flavor and captivating experience of hot sauce. We dreamt of the day that hot sauce is found on every dining table in Japan at meal time, and now Hot Sauce Bar is making our dreams a reality!
