“Hot Sauce, meet Coffee.” .507 is the collaboration hot sauce of the award-winning Panamanian coffee roaster Café Unido and the Brooklyn-base hot sauce maker Sénor Lechuga. This hot sauce is created with habanero, Café Unido Coffee and Café Unido Cáscara, the husk of the coffee fruit. Very unique with the lingering flavor of the coffee but also very simple that goes well with a wide range of dishes.
