It is Nico, the founder of Senor Lechuga, who is obsessed with the deliciousness of his sauces and creates uncompromising hot sauces that are made with the utmost in spiciness. He started making hot sauce because he was unable to find a clean hot sauce that satisfied him in terms of spiciness and taste. He continued his own research in his kitchen in Williamsburg and perfected his hot sauce using Carolina Reaper. One day, while using his own hot sauce at a BBQ party, his friends said, "If you sell this, I'll buy it! and their bland started when they sold out of the hot sauce they had prepared immediately. The person behind the hot sauces, which are made with Carolina Reaper and other carefully selected ingredients and detailed attention to ingredient ratios, is Lauren, wife and co-founder of the company. As head of branding, she is responsible for the branding of Señor Lechuga, which is sophisticated and clean.
