Mellow Habanero's Heaven Series, made with large quantities of domestic pesticide-free habaneros, is infused with yuzu juice and peel. The flavor of the yuzu excites the taste buds, and the intense spiciness of the habanero hits you. It is excellent when paired with sashimi, sushi, and hot pot, just like using yakumi (condiments).

Habaneros are famous in Japan. Mellow Habanero is a Japanese craft hot sauce maker that produces unique and high quality hot sauces, focusing on habaneros grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Taku Kondo, aka Habanero Man, first encountered the habanero in 2002 and was fascinated by its color, shape, perfume-like aroma, fruity taste, and intense spiciness that came afterwards, and began growing it. In 2005, he started making hot sauce for himself and his friends using the habaneros he had grown. Mellow Habanero was born at this time. In 2017, he introduced "Hop in Heaven," a sauce made with habaneros, hops, and sansho, which went on to win the U.S. World Hot Sauce Award that same year. Did you know that there is a hot sauce maker in Japan that has attracted the attention of hot sauce fans around the world? When Nori Kimura, owner of Hot Sauce Bar, was living in New York City, she stumbled upon "Made in Japan" Mellow Habanero at a hot sauce specialty store. She was shocked by the taste of Mellow Habanero hot sauce, which led her to establish Hot Sauce Bar. Mellow Habanero is the only Japanese-made hot sauce in the Hot Sauce Bar collection, which has been carefully selected mainly from the United States and Canada.
