Blueberry & Fermented Habanero is made with fresh blueberries and blueberry beer, giving it a subtle blueberry flavor. The blueberry flavor is subtle in the mouth and is followed by the spiciness of the habanero. The reduced sweetness of the sauce makes it suitable for a variety of dishes, but we recommend pouring it over roast beef, pork, chicken, or other meat dishes as a blueberry sauce. Uniquely, it can also be enjoyed with sweets such as ice cream and pancakes. *This hot sauce is not gluten-free.
